My first post. This is an older shot of the cupola on the restored 1885 Carriage House at the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center in Austin, Texas. One of the first experimental shots taken with my Sony Alpha 350.

A closeup of a coal burning fireplace chimney in my home. I thought the internal spiral was neat. It's not visible from the outside at all. I would also appreciate any tips on how to make the image more appealing. I'm a big time noob!

This shot is too old to qualify, but I thought I would post. This is an old train bridge off of 24th Street in Ogden Utah. This is just outside the Ogden Train Depot which was one of the largest Train Depots in the US until after World War II.
