Default Assignment : Fragility

B&W house copy

The human life is a very fragile thing. The person or persons who lived here are probably very aware of that now.

and old oak tree covered in spanish moss. it's dead and will one day succumb to the elements. weather, insects, disease, it's really just a matter of time. which i feel makes it fragile.

Default Assignment - Fragility

Ok - here goes my first ever submit post of a photo. I hope you like. Taken during civil dawn through to sunrise this saturday just gone. It feels so fragile to me as the landscape was almost breakable, the leaves falling from the tree's, the mist which had earlier surrounded passing away and the gentle tones of the sky dissapearing into the dull grey of cloudy daylight.

I put a little bit of lighter fluid in the bottle, and let it sit for a few seconds. Then, I lit a match, and as I dropped it in the bottle, I hit the button on my remote shutter release. As soon as the mixture catches, the flames and gas shoot out of the bottle and make a hollow *whoosh* sound. The whole thing lasts less than a second.
