This picture was taken on Sunday August 30th at my city's parade. The majority of the parade is to show case the high school sports teams and clubs. The highlight of the parade is the marching band. My daughter is in the kick line team that performs with the marching band. She was in the parade. After the parade the marching band, color guard, and kick line perform for the audience. It is always a good time. There is alot of food, games and kid rides.
I wanted to get a good picture of the drums or the instruments but it was tough. There were so many people walking back and forth that it was hard to isolate a shot. At one point I was walking by and no one was around so I just picked up my camera and just pressed the button. I don't think the picture was good at all so I decide to touch it up in Photoshop. Definitely not the best but I am really tired and just wanted to show my school spirit ![]() ![]() Camera: Nikon D40 Lens: 55-200mm F4-5.6G Focal Length: 75mm Aperture Priority ISO400 Aperture: F5 Shutter Speed 1/200s Flickr: ian.cordova's Photostream |
