Default Assignment: "Weather"

Took this picture just yesterday when I noticed that dark clouds and strong winds hit the trees around my office. So I grabbed Casandra ( My D40 Nikon, already got a name for her from a gorgeous model with dark complexion, LOL) and hit the beach which is just 200 meters form the office for the reason that the wind is coming from that direction and I know I could capture some nice scenes out of it. So, here it is .....
I kinda like this picture for it presents a fisherman trying to prepare his boat before the storm hits the beach and the waves are getting bigger and sea water is blown by the wind.

Port Macquarie on dusk

Port Macquarie just after sunset. I quite like how the blue of the water has been enhanced by playing around with the white bal.

Default Assignment: "Weather"

I took this pic just after Gangavathi river bridge in karnataka, India.

It had just stopped raining and the sun coming out of the clouds created the streak of colours on the hills.

I was pretty happy to get my first session in the rain at the same time as my senior shoot. The girl I was taking pictures of and her friend were good sports and let me take some shots of them playing in the rain!
