[/IMG]This is my first post, and my first assignment. I took this with a Nikon D80 camera and it is the first picture I have ever taken like this. I am definitely new. It will be the album cover for our "tea party" book.

![]() I went on a photography tour of Seattle last week. I wanted to superimpose the words "This Way Home" on the photo, but felt it kind of held itself together pretty well without it. The concept came about because while in Seattle, a city I am all together unfamiliar with, I got lost at night walking around the streets looking for my motel. It would have been nice to have some arrows pointing me in the right direction as I'm apparently navigationally challenged. Canon XSi w/ 18-55mm kit lens 1/50 sec f/5.6 ISO 100 55 mm no flash ** and the arrows are superimposed. |

***Assignment: "Album Cover" July 29 - Aug. 12
Here I've used a Redfield filter called Sketch Master with a Charcoal rendition. Other than that I cropped to 800px x 800px and added a fun play on words for the title.
