deadline is gone but my share is an old one anyway... now i have a much better camera and wish i could redo this (and the post processing) - but it was an impromtu shoot for a possible album cover for a self released album.

Does anybody know when the winners will be posted for this assignment? I thought it was supposed to be there a few Saturdays ago. Am I not seeing something?

You are supposed to be able to view them here but obviously it's not updated (not from what I can see anyway)... http://digital-photography-school.co...5-winners.html

a friend of mine found the album winners and I couldn't find them, I asked her where she found them and here is her reply but I don't even know how to get to the blogs. Honestly, this site is VERY hard to navigate in my opinion. Also, the "winners" thread should be updated every time there is a winner imho.

"I found the album winners by going to the blogs, bringing up the new assignment (times two), then at the bottom of all of the prose, there is a link to the newsletter. I hit that and the album winners came up." this is the link she sent me

Sorry digidave, I know that this does get asked a lot..... maybe it's because the links don't seem to be up to date or I don't know what, I've tried those links on the first page of saralonde's thread for each challenge but don't always get the current winner up. Also, when trying to look on the main page, there have been times when the winner (picture on bottom) isn't posted by the saturday it's supposed to be. I also have tried to see a link to the winner on the main page but couldn't find anything marked "winner" in tutorials.... I NOW see that it's NOT marked "winner" but marked "this week in the DPS forum...." that's what has been throwing me off. I've been looking for "winner" all this time. I will try to be more diligent to look here but maybe since you all seem to go through this so much that needs to be evaluated. Just a simple observation from a very simple minded newbie. Sure do appreciate all the hard work you all do here, I've already learned so much!

If you look at the upper right side of this page you'll see ways to subscribe to the DPS newsletters. Click the center one(looks like an envelope) you can subscribe to the daily and/or weekly newsletter. This is how I get all my updates from this site. I never have to do any navigating at all.
