Hi. I'm new here -- in fact this is my very first post. I know this picture isn't eligible for the Assignment because it was taken back in April, but it's one of my favorite B/W portraits. It was taken with my now deceased Sony DSC-W35 Point & Shoot camera

I'll be getting my new camera next week, hopefully the Canon EOS 500D -- my first DSLR (which is why I joined DPS in the first place) -- I'm so excited!
