Default Assignment: F/16

Angel Aura

Assignment: F16

Camera: Nikon D90
Exposure: 0.5
Aperture: f/16.0
Focal Length: 200 mm
Focal Length: 201.6 mm
ISO Speed: 1250
Exposure Bias: 0 EV
Flash: No Flash
Exposure Program: Aperture-priority AE
Date and Time (Original): 2009:06:25 08:45:39
Date and Time (Digitized): 2009:06:25 08:45:39

To show depth of field of F16 set-up I positioned the tripod to focus on the door knob and stood back correctly (after trial and error) to give an 'angel aura' effect.

But, have got a great idea for RYB - just got to find the right setting now! I'm not bothered either way, why not up the challenge for those with better cameras - we all aspire to it.

PS. Mentioned the assignment to my wife - she said "if you've only got f8, just take two pictures..."
That's really funny! Mine only goes to F/8 as well. If only doubling up the shots qualified! lol

I apologize to anyone I may have offended or upset. That definitely wasn't my intention. I was just surprised that all of a sudden, we were split into groups and there was no contest for the second group. I've never seen that happen before on here. I still stand by what I said, though - it really doesn't matter what kind of camera you have. You can still take quality shots - all you need is some creativity!

This is my first post and I honestly have no idea what I am doing! I am trying my hand at this, and found the assignment fascinating because I had not yet played with the aperture setting. *by the way, the caterpillar in the photo looks injured but he was happy and healthy, crawling through the corn we were shucking
