Default Assignment: Abandoned

On my way back from the lake on Memorial with a friend, she spotted this house on the side of the road and we stopped to check it out. It was completely covered in vines and bushes, everything behind it hidden and abandoned from civilization.

Mixed Tape, The Old School Playlist

Technology is another thing which is constantly being abandoned. Cassettes were cast aside with the invention of the Compact Disc, which in turn are fading out in the face of MP3s and file sharing. I consider myself lucky to have even stumbled upon this relic left inside an old stereo.

Default Assignment Abandoned

I've been watching for a while and decided that this is right up my alley (I love abandoned building and stuff).

This is in the girls restroom of an abandoned school. The second photo(which should not be considered for the contest) is the school itself. Found this in a little town about 1.5 hours from my home.

This is my first picture up here. Today I was walking around my lake and stopped in the shade, looked through this tree and just had to photograph it.
