Normally, you should have a "More Properties" link next to the picture on Flickr. I see this shot of yours doesn't but another one does. It may have been stripped when you did some Post-Production work. When you save a photo after PP, use "Save As" not "Save for the web" or anything similar. That will strip the info to conserve space.

If you are on a Windows computer, you can right-click any photo & go to "Properties". One of the tabs will carry the EXIF info. Then you will have to manually add it to your post. Hope this helps but if you have any more questions feel free to ask & we'll see what we can do.
