Default Loading grain...

I've been playing with shooting model railroad scenes for some time, so a macro shot is right up one of my key interests. Here's one I shot last year at Trainfest...

First grain

The model in this scene is HO scale, so the person standing on top of the car guiding the loading chute is actually a little under one inch tall.

Default Boxing Day Coffee

Boxing Day Coffee

One of the very first pictures I have taken with my new Nikon D50 and 18-55mm lens. Ignore the EXIF date, I had the camera set date wrong.

Default Instead of a Bee

Taken using Nikkor 28-200mm G Lense.

Had to physically move the camera forward and backward to get the fly to focus properly.

Beautifully done. The bokeh is strong but it compliments the strips of the cup sooo nicely. Enjoy your new cam and keep them coming!!! Fran
