I lighted it with an SB800 at 1/64 power from top from about 2 1/2 feet away. I also snooted the flash to concentrate the light on just the shoes--at 1/200 shutter speed, the photo will come out all black despite shooting it in a completely fluorescent lit room.

This was taken yesterday, Feb. 3, 2009. Negative space is kinda hard concept but i hope this is right. I searched the definition of it on the internet and i found out that it has something to do with silhouette..that's y i took this kind of shot.
shot taken: Feb. 3, 2009 Nikon D70 with 18-70mm lens iso: 250 white bal.: auto metering: matrix shutter: 1/2.5 aperture: f4.5 focal length: 70mm no flash

Wait until the weekend blog post reveals the "winners". I don't want to say too much about eligible entries until then.
