Love it! Just like a cat to declare eminent domain.

I have a cat who is a monarch, too.

Default Assignment - What's in your bag?

Hi, I am new to this forum as well as new to being serious about photography. I have always been a reasonably good happy snapper. Now I am saving for a DSLR and teaching myself through the web how to be a better photographer. A good start would be to at least have a camera bag!

what's in your bag 005

My car seat is my bag at present - I just throw a jumper over it all when I have to leave it all in the car!
This was taken with my 11 year old daughters Canon PowerShot A580.
I look forward to learning from everyone on this site!
Cheers!

PS; I'm not sure yet how to find the exif info.

I've really enjoyed looking at all the gear while trying to decide my plan of action for this assignment. This one really made me laugh. And I've had to come back several times just to laugh at this photo. Cats do have a way of taking over something they have no business thinking about. LOL.

I haven't yet taken any photos for this assignment because my first dSLR arrives tomorrow. Yeah! So I will have a few days to see if I can get used to it in time to submit a photo. I need a new bag for all my gear.

P.S. Sony has No payments & No interest for 24 months through Nov 8, so I couldn't pass up that deal. Although I did go check Canon's site for a better/matching deal for a couple days first. But I should be the happy owner of a Sony Alpha by this time tomorrow. I thought I was going to be a point-and-shooter for a few more months.
