Default Assignment: What's in your bag?

Brighter version since the original one looks a bit dark

It's not a matter of what's in your bag, but where you take it.

Actually this bag is carrying around a Nikon D50, a 50mm 1.8 AF, a Nikon 70-210mm f4-5.6 and on old manual 50mm 1.8.

Camera: Nikon D50
Exposure: 0.006 sec (1/160)
Aperture: f/6.3
Focal Length: 50 mm
ISO Speed: 200
Exposure Bias: -2/3 EV
Date and Time: 2008:11:04 13:42:18

Default Assignment: What's in your bag?

These are a few of the things in my "bag of tricks" A few of my favorite magazines, books, camera manual and mini tripod.

Also in my bag are:
No camera, because I am usually carrying it, in order to take pics (Cannon Powershot s3 is)
No fancy lenses, filters or reflectors
1- 2gig sd card
extra batteries
small lens cleaning kit
Some business cards (mine and from other people I have met)
Usually a bottle of water
Crackers with cheese or Peanut butter
A notebook with photography & photoshop tips/tutorials I have come across, including some printouts of posts from DPS

Taken on Tue 11/04/08
Camera: Canon PowerShot S3 IS
Exposure: 0.017 sec (1/60)
Aperture: f/3.2
Focal Length: 10.6 mm
Exposure Bias: 0/3 EV

That is some serious bike! Great minds think alike.

I'm afraid mine came from the dump. Someone threw away a perfectly good mountain bike. I had to replace the chain since it was rusted and tires because the side walls had rotted. I think of it as recycled.

Default Assignment: What's (going to be) in my bag

What's (going to be) in my bag...

First time posting - I just bought my camera, so I'm still working on building up my goodies. I have a Canon Rebel Xt with the stock lens; currently my bag also holds:
extra lens caps
extra memory cards in a case
extra batteries and chargers
extra pair of glasses
handy-dandy airplane pen and notepad
bandana to hold my hair back
chapstick
lens cleaning kit
polarizing filter
UV filter
camera manual and 'cheat sheets'

In the future, I plan on adding:
50 mm f1.4 prime lens,
70-300 mm f/4-5.6 lens
28-70 mm f/2.8-4 lens
magnifying filters
gorillapod

I also saw a regular tripod that telescopes down to about 18 inches long, but I haven't checked to see how sturdy it was.. might be nice to be able to strap that to my motorcycle's saddle bags.

Camera: Canon EOS Digital Rebel XT

Aperture: f/4
Focal Length: 18 mm
ISO Speed: 400
