birds
Here is a photo I took from my back stoop at some birds. Edited with Photoshop CS2, taken with Pentax S50.

Black flower

Went out and wandered around the house a bit - we're on 15 acres here, so 'backyard' is a decent-sized area. None of the animal or bird life was cooperating, so I settled for one of the black flowers.

Backyard

Not the most interesting backyard but the swing has seen many fun times and we love it.

I was pleased with the way this one came out:

Action Shot

I was actually trying to take a photo of a cat with the macro setting on my point and shoot camera. As you can see, I missed but discovered inspiration for a series of shots I've called macro abuse. It's a fertile place, my backyard.

Default My homework

Ladybug
Cute little fellow. I love the plant detail on the left third! That was a charming suprise that I didn't notice until I downloaded.

White Light
I just love the energy in this particular picture... There's something calming and peaceful about it.

Dandelion Spider
This guy was tiny!!! He was barely visible to me, I just saw the movement from a ways away. I wish I had a true macro lens for this picture!
