Normally you would be correct. Other countries switch the month & date. If you click on the picture & go to their Flickr account you'll see that it says Sept. 4 2008. I wish the rest of the world would catch up to us here in the good 'ol USA!

Since the date rule is new, I ought to highlight it in the first post (and add the date for my example, although that was taken too long ago).

We will accept either proper or American dates ( ) although it might be best to use an unambiguous format, like "4 September 2008".
