Get together with other photographers for a photo shoot on a sunny day:
![]() While online activity is great, getting together with other photographers for a photo shoot adds another dimension. I can highly recommend it. This is the CT Flickr Meetup group at an outing to Bluff Point State Park in Connecticut, US. Flickr (search flickr meetup) or meetup.com are the two best places I've found to locate others in your area who are interested in photo outings. If there is nothing in your area, consider starting one! Camera: Canon EOS 40D Exposure: 0.01 sec (1/100) Aperture: f/5 Focal Length: 70 mm ISO Speed: 100 Exposure Bias: 0 EV Flash: Flash did not fire

But what else would a Brit be doing on the one sunny day he's had off work in weeks?
![]() And you can see from the length of the uncut grass and clover how long it's been since I was at home in daylight when it wasn't raining.

Well, I'm late...this is my first posting and my second attempt at completing an assignment.
![]() The picture is of my 13-year old nephew squinting in the front yard after a bout of play. If you zoom in you can see the shadow of his eyelashes on his face. He says if you zoom in enough you can see the shadow of a mustache! |
