Was out on my bike, found this, and thought of the assignment. More reportage than art, since the colours clash hideously. These bright red dog waste bins stand out like a sore thumb in a nature reserve, and in the sun they almost light up.

I decided to withdrawl my initial entry. I just love the expression on this young ball player's face. We've all faced times of hope in situations of desparity. His eyes drew me in and reminded me of the commonality we all share.
So, did he pop out, hit a homerun, or was it a foul ball.... does it matter? all that matters, in my opinion, this young man stepped up to the plate even before this shot was captured. ![]() EXIF: http://www.flickr.com/photos/perbell...61037864/meta/

My sons, 12 and 14, are both Gator Fans. Have been for at least six years. Since they have been steadfast as the Gators being their college teams, we've finally painted rooms and did up all the fan stuff. I've got one blue and orange room and one orange and blue room. This is just one object that shows their dedication to the Gators.
