I took way too many photos of patterns! There has been such huge participation in the past few weeks that it seems there are tons of duplicates. Not wanting to relive my nightmare of 2 other girls at prom with the same dress, I try really hard to come up with something that nobody else will have. I do have technically and artistically better photos but I am 100% sure I will be the only girl at prom wearing this dress HA HA

I hope this photo gives as much of a chuckle as it did me taking it!

There are tons of patterns in this photo! The camouflage, the spokes on the bike, the reflectors on the bike, the blue and black plaid, The green and yellow sneakers, The iron fence in the background, the slate sidewalk, the paint on the bike.. oh yes lots of patterns in this bad boy HA HA This guy was not selling anything, just out for a bike ride on a typical French Quarter afternoon. Man, my city has the best street photography opportunities hands down! I don't think I could get any more patterns in the same frame space if I tried! That alone is enough to marvel at this photo LOL
Oh love those shoes too!

Oh but you should see the man from Mars that was a few feet away from Tree man. I would have used him but there isn't a whole lot of pattern when you paint yourself head to toe in silver

I can't say it enough ~ when it comes to practicing street photography ... there is NO better place then the French Quarter hahahaha

ETA: I uploaded "Man From Mars" so if your having a morbid curiosity here is the link:

Default Assignment: Composition: Manmade Repetitions and Patterns

Bridge under construction. Downtown Knoxville, TN. I'm sure the repetitions must be exact. I'm not thrilled with this but a busy week and wanted to post.
