A really powerful shot - your DOF is perfect; the foreground grabs your attention and just enough background detail shows the huge number of headstones that seem to go on forever.

I actually thought about this one. So many manmade repetitions and patterns all around me. Tire tracks in the snow, wicker baskets, the texture of jeans...
In the end I disassembled an old laptop and photographed the CPU. What I think was the CPU, anyway. ![]() Taken Feb 12. Canon EOS 7D with 105mm Sigma 2.8 macro F/11, 1/125 s, ISO 100 More pictures from my autoplaptopsy in my photostream. Enjoy. Maarten

Remember when you were a kid and monkey bars and rings were so easy to do? Haha.

I like the rich wood colors, geometrics and wood grain in this shot of the underside of our deck.
Info:Date: 1/22/11 TV 1/100 AV 3.5 ISO 64 no flash [http://www.flickr.com/photos/75615349@N05/6865560059/] PS-- I am very frustrated. I want the actual image to appear here but don't know how to insert it. Insert Image above only lets me put in the URL. Someone PLEASE tell me how to put the picture itself into this message! Many thanks. |

Old church buildings hold a certian interest for me. This building is on my way to work and I have intended to take pictures inside. Friday past, the door was open and I stopped even though I only had my cell phone with me. Turns out the pictures of the outside were more interesting than the inside. And with an inexpensive cell phone.
