High-Tension

Exif here

Ok, it's a bit of a stretch, but technically, if you unwound the metal from the string, pulled it a bit and released, it would spring back

Talking Bee-autiful Season

Spring-08 038
Not for assignment.
This was a lucky catch. The bumble-bee landed just as I was pressing the shutter. The flowers are beautiful, but the bee makes it more interesting.

Here's my entry....taken on a very cloudy day after a soaking rain. Taken with my Kodak DX7440 in "Macro" mode. I was able to view the Exif data in Photoshop, but I'm not sure how to post it here.

If you click on the "More properties" that's on the right side of the flickr page for your photo, it will take you to the EXIF data. You can link that data into your post.

dlaf,

I didn't even notice that one! I removed a branch in the upper left but guess I just didn't look closely enough at the rest of the photo.

note to self: look closer next time.

thanks!

and yes there are already several great shots for this one!

Default Assignment: Spring

A sure sign Winter is over. The famous (but rare) Texas Spring(clip)-o-piller emerges from hibernation to smell the wildflowers.

In this case Dotted Blue-Eyed Grass (Sisyrichium pruinosum)

Here's mine.
I am fully aware of the fact that we're going to be seeing tons of floral shots,
but these flowers and the green were so completely captivating to me....

I'm glad spring's finally here!
