Well just got back from surching for moving water. I was able to find a fountain downtown. Here are 2 with the shooting info.

Water Fountain 4
Nikon D40
Lens: 18-55mm F/3.5-5.6 G
Focal Length: 55mm
Exposure Mode: Manual
Metering Mode: Multi-Pattern
1/80 sec - F/8
Exposure Comp.: +1.0 EV

Exposure Mode: Manual
Metering Mode: Multi-Pattern

Sensitivity: ISO 200

it was -20 Celcius this morning, so not much water flowing...

Here are a nice shot I took this summer, while on vacation. I'm keeping my eyes open for water this week, but the most we have is as snow right now...
