Default Assignment: Panning

Hello this is my first time posting any assignment. I just found this site last week. These assignments look like they'll be fun work. I'm a professional graphic designer in the Provo Utah area. I hope to get better at photography since it pulls me away from the computer work.
I would appreciate any helpful critiques on my postings. I know I need helpful comments so I can improve my shots. I hope to hear from you soon.

I guess white balance could help quite a bit.

Default Assignment: Panning

Here's my result this week for panning. Instead of going with the stationary pan, I'm running alongside in a bike while pedaling furiously with no hands trying not to fall and kill myself.

It was in fairly bright daylight so I had to stop down to F22 to get decent speeds. Let me advise you NEVER do this unless you can live with the knowledge that your sensor is absolutely filthy.

Definitely need to clean that thing.

Fantastic shots. I favor this one because it appears as if the car is warping into another dimension.

SVT Ford Lightning

this truck Was part of a mini convoy to a ford mustang meet. I was the passenger of another car on the highway. So I decided to hang out the window and take this shot.

Default Not For Assignment

I use panning all the time at Motorsports events. I love it, you can come up with some really cool photos. The bottom corner black spot is someone's shoulder, a little cropping is needed for this one. Otherwise I thought is was a nice photo.
