Triple learning going on here, firstly me learning to juggle, secondly learning to use the shutter timer and also using Lightroom

High school chemistry students learning about Rutherford and Geiger's experiment with alpha particles and gold foil to reveal the nature of the atom. Shooting peas through a chain link fence (basically) simulates the observation that atoms consist mostly of empty space, but an occasional particle is deflected by the atom's nucleus (fence) and bounces back or has a trajectory change. If only I could figure out how to put an electrical charge on the peas, and the same charge on the fence...
