I think he is trying to create his consistent style which is good. However, I believe that his image above was taken on 4/24 which is not really follow the rule #1 above: "Your original image you submit should be taken between the 21st of July and the 4th of August"

So basically he just want his post to be in the first page regardless whether or not his picture is new. This is a good idea to advertise yourself here. I will learn from this.

Default Water In Motion

"Water in Motion"...LOL...I took this picture today, before I knew what the assignment was. Was just too coincidental for me not to enter it.

Exif data
Camera Canon EOS 20D w/70-200 f/4 L USM lens
Exposure 1/5000 sec
Aperture f/4.0
Focal Length 81 mm
ISO Speed 400
Exposure Bias 0 EV
Flash Off, Did not fire

After lunch I ended up at Thoroughbred Park for another look at the sculpture there. I was trying things with Depth of Field and the f/4 aperture of the "big lens". I'm still not comfortable with the lens, I am however happy with how this turned out.

There's another fountain close to my office that I may get a chance to get a snap of tomorrow. If I do, I'll post it as well.

Default Assignment: Water in Motion

This is one of my favorite "return to" spots. I like observing the changes from season to season. Sometimes I think a fast shutter speed is better for capturing water in motion, but I chose this one with a slow shutter speed for this submission.
