Well, I guess this is my submission. I'm not feeling super creative or interesting. I am just really ready for Spring.

Default Assignment: Seasons

Mother Nature has dumped quite a bit of snow on us over the last week or so... I went for a stroll last week after a big storm with my camera and took a whole whack of pictures. This is one of my faves:

Hi, this is my first post here. I've only had my DSLR for a little less than a month, I think. I seem to be progressing in my photography skills, but I wouldn't really consider myself "good". I appreciate all forms of crit
icism! Please, help me learn.

And now for my picture.

Winter can be a mixed bag of things here in Minnesota. Somedays we get lucky and the ice is breathtaking.

Sometimes it's so cold, my lips snap on the way to class.

Nice shot, by the way...I'm stuck in St. Paul and can't get out to the country much.

Thankfully, I'm in Rochester. I live on the edge of town. From my house, I have to drive back through the country to get back in the city. Kinda nice.
