Great! I can picture you standing there, surrounded by flowers in bloom, with your camera pointed at your feet. The lines in the brick and the texture make for a very strong composition.

I guess we'll see..... this is fun .... informative, educational .... but a lot of fun to see what ya'll bring to the table .... makes me feel sort of inadequate but oh well my art is for me I just hope you can help me improve it so others will enjoy it too
Zapp it!
Okay Zapp I am taking a chance with you... to improve your pictures turn off the date, and make the colors crisp. I did this with photoshop just to show you that your picture was not bad - just needed tweaking. Hope my changes demonstrate that you too can be a good photographer! (I have enjoyed your comments.)

Default How'd you do that?

Did you get the blurriness by editing with Photoshop or did you do that with your camera? If I may ask how did you do that?

I took a few shots like this a couple of weeks ago, and when I read that Minimalism would be the next topic here, I immediately thought of this set. So to be eligible for the contest, I rigged the little reader for a new shot.

Hope you like it!
