Default I'm a little late

Sorry that I'm a little late to this assignment but I recently just got my first dSLR. Here is a picture of Bailey, he is my wife's dog but he's all I got in the house with me .

Bailey

Taken with my Canon EOS 300D with the 18-55mm "kit" lens. Shutter speed of 0.8 sec and aperture of f/5 at ISO 400.

We were taking down Christmas decorations, and left our rather large wreath on the dining room table. Our cat, Winnie, seemed to thing that the middle of the wreath was a safe haven...

Default Pooky the Pit Bull

Hi! This is my first post. I'm a newbie photographer and I've learned so much from this web site! Here's a photo of my dog.

Hornet. The other cat. The one that tries my patience everyday. He's solar powered. He has to recharge his stupid.

Picture my little sis took of her cat. I guess I told her to and I cropped it square to cut out some other items... I still like the pic tho so I thought I'd share.

[QUOTE=Gunsotsu;6538]Hornet. The other cat. The one that tries my patience everyday. He's solar powered. He has to recharge his stupid.

A pet shot AND a self-portrait. Now that's multi-tasking. Not sharp enough to read the name on your camera, but close. If Hornet had fleas, we'd know. Remarkable.

Do you mind the flare at the top, or just accept as part of "natural?"
