I Was Talking To My Aunt's Friend Who's Really Into Photography And He Mention Spotting Scopes To Me. I Was Searching The Internet For Message Boards For Bird Watchers And One Website I Saw Had A List Of Gear I Should Use While Birding. One Thing That Was On The List Was A Spotting Scope. I Was Wondering If Anyone Here Uses A Spotting Scope. I Was Just Wondering What Brands Should I Avoid Because Of Poor Quality And What Brands Do I Want To Keep An Eye Out For. I Found A Bushnell- Sportview 60mm 20-60x Zoom For $70.00. Is That A Good Price And Brand? By The Way My Camera Uses 52mm Lenses  Thank You. :)

i have been looking into these.. you must get good quality glass...ie:- Nikon makes spotting scopes.. with ED glass with in...they range in the $500 And way up mark
i know Bushnell makes good gear... but im thinking 70$ for a scope to use for digi-scoping is not very good... maybe see if you can test this scope???
