hi all i am new to all this and only had my NIKON D40 for 1 week
and want a lens baby lens as i been told thay r very good for take photos of people and that is what i want to do when i learn how to use my camra a bit better
so can any 1 tell me were i can get a lens baby for my camra as cheap as posible..... as i do not have a lot of money as i spent it all on my camra

You can do the same thing with filters or photoshop at a much lower price than what you would pay for a lensbaby.

Lensbabies are great! Make sure you get a macro kit. I love mine. The cheapest way to go would probably be to get a lensbaby2.0 from lensbabies.com

They occassionally show upon ebay or as Kristen said I would go directly to lensbabies.com.

I was watching eBay for awhile for lensbabies, but it seems that you don't really save much money when all's said and done. I then just made up my mind that it'd be better to buy from lensbabies.com or at a local photography store for a little more but have the piece of mind that it'll be guaranteed in one way or another if something goes wrong with it.
My wife did end up buying me a 2G with the macro kit from a local retailer for Christmas. I returned it cause it sure was a lot of money ($197 USD with taxes) for something I could do in photoshop. But that's just me.
