What do u think of this picture? I have read you should never cut of your subject at the joints. Here the elbow is hidden. Is that also bad?

I don't mind the elbow slipping behind the cushion -- I think it looks OK concealed which is not the same as cut off. If anything for me the hidden fingers detract more.

Nice subject, caught in a nice expression. The background is pleasantly rendered, the photo is well-lit.

It looks like the white balance is tilted a bit warm to my eyes -- was that a deliberate effect? I might try toning down the reds and yellows a bit (you can use something white as a guide -- teeth maybe).
