I have done this many times in my church. All the iso, speeds and settings will depend on the location. My tip to you is tell a story. If all the pictures you take tomorrow were in a book could someone just look at and know the story? I always use my good flash not the one on the camera. I also make sure that I didn't miss a soul. Look for the hams in the group they take the cuties pictures in the one offs. I do formal group shots and candids that way everything is covered. I hope this was something you could use.
An important tip is this - look critically at the pictures you take and make a note of what you like, what you don't like and, in particular, key shots you missed or didn't get quite right.
That way you learn what will work in your context and will also be developing your own personal style.
How about sharing some of the pictures here when you are done?
