I took this photo of my neighbour with my olympus 3.2 camera on auto setting.

I think you did a nice job on this portrait. I am not too keen on the very heavy vignetting around the subject. The image also looks a bit 'stretched' in the vertical. Please tell us a little more about how you lit the subject for this portrait.

Did you add the background from another file? If so I think you need a higher resolution to sharpen it up a tad, or at least achieve a less "blocky" quality. I agree with the vignetting around the subject. Good shot though!

Im not sure where i got the background but at the time i thought it gave the photo an african look and complimented her colour and clothing.
maybe if you have time someone could play with it and come up with a better photo..thanks so much.

I would play with it a little, but would need the original...
