A Good 2nd Lense for Nikon D80

I got a D80 a couple months ago and so far I love it. However, I've been using the 18-55m kit lens and feel a bit limited by it. Can anyone suggest a good second lens to invest in?

It depends what you want to do and what your budget is. Those factors will give you a starting point for deciding on a second lens.
