Hello,
I am learning to light using strobes off camera. I have a Nikon D80 with SB-800 & SB-28 strobes. I would like to use both strobes off camera wirelessly using the on camera flash in commander mode.
Using the SB-800 off camera is easily done. However, the sb-28 does not have a built in optical slave. I have read about the Wein Peanut slave (http://www.adorama.com/WNPND1.html)for digital and the cheap ebay radio slaves - I would like your opinion on which to purchase. What are your experiences with the Wein Peanut & ebay radio slaves? Other recommendations for using the sb-28 off camera???
I am trying to do this with low $$ (about $35 USD) and wireless.
