Hey! I 've had this camera for about six months, and randomly, a couple days ago, my shutter release button popped off. I have no explanation as to why it did, it was very unexpected because I've been taking wonderful care of it. Has any one else had this problem?

Any tips as to what I should do?

scroll down to bottom.. they have Live chat and email them... orr did you buy the camera locally at a store??? take it to see them they should tell you what to do also :)

Hey! Thanks for the link. No, my mom bought it at Brandsmart. Do you think it will still be under warranty even though I didn't register for it?

i have the same camera but i have a diffrent problem
a few weeks ago i noticed that pushing down the shutter release button halfway, it no longer autofocuses. it doesnt matter what mode im in or focus type i have selected it just wont auto focus
i now must use spot or manual focus all the time, or push it down fully and let it focus as it takes the photo
it makes taking snapshots very irritating

does anyone know what i can do to fix this problem
is it just a setting i have accidently turned off or something??
please help if you can
