purplepixie,

It is a fine example, the rock shelf foreground almost looking like a living creature. Sky full of interest, reflected well. Still calls to me.

Tx again Jiminy :) It is an absolutely beautiful place - well worth a visit if you're brave enough for the single lane mountain pass and dirt road to get there - hair raising. The pools are multiple and completely natural - not too many people visit because of before-mentioned and the hour's hike from the camp area. Nature at it's best.

purplepixie,

it's a beautiful shot of a beautiful place. You are lucky to have a place like this to visit. Enjoy it. (and send more pictures so we can enjoy it with you)

Tx mikem12188, will do :) I count myself lucky EVERY day to live in South Africa - there are so many untouched places left - only hoping people will start preserving before it dissapears.

you must have a great colection of photographs living there. Do you have a place online to view them? This is an amazing shot and would love to see more.....

Tx xxpinballxx - I don't have anything online at the moment, but will let you know when I do - I have set up an account on Flickr, but no uploads yet.
