Thanks to Jiminy I was able to clean up this photo of the Cape Canaveral lighthouse.

Before, it had a temporary power pole, power lines across the face and other flaws:

After:

I decided not to remove the truck and building to the left, however I may re-think that and still remove them. Would it present a better image if I did?

Jiminy I will PM you later with the notes you requested, Thanks again!

Kathy

I think you have removed just the right amount. The power lines in particular were very distracting, but the hut and the truck are not. My eyes are drawn inexorably up the lighthouse so I am not really looking at the stuff at the bottom.

kkathy,
I agree completely with McNicks. I was wondering why there appears to be posterization (sp?) in the upper left hand portion of the image:confused: . It's kinda distracting. Great job still!:D

kkathy,

Great to see them compared! Lot of good work there. As wyndhydra noted, the demarcation in blues: I had assumed that was a weather phenomenon. Could be easily smoothed with the stipple and blend. If it bothers you too?
