I was at Ritz Camera today and I was looking at the difference between the Nikon D40 and the Pentax K100D. Then I thought about it, and decided to look at the Sony A100 they had on the shelf (last in the store). I already own a Sony DSC F505, so if I bought another Sony I would be able to reuse all the Memory Stick's I currently own (including the Pro Stick I've not been able to use in my current camera). It was love at first sight, it just felt like a dream in my hands.

Now my questions are (since I'm set on getting another Sony):

1. Can you use ANY Minolta lens with the Sony DSLR's?
2. What's the difference between the A100 and the new A200? Do they have the same body (I really like the moulded grip)?

Thanks for any help :)

A200 is physically a bit smaller and user friendlier than the A100.
Plus, it's newer and better buy the newer model just in case.
I only want to complain about 3 buttons. It just wont be reachable by my thumb.

In the reviews I have read from CES 2008 and some other main sites they will be able to use ANY lens that was in the Minolta line from 1985 and later.

I am really looking into a Sony A200 now, but my dad is going to kill me. :)
