so I attended my 1st rally race and it was lots of fun. well here is my favorite picture I took that day.

the 1st picture is the original and the second picture is cropped and I added some blur to the background.

That is definitely improved. I think the blur might be a bit strong, especially without some corresponding blur in the foreground but the cropping definitely helps.

It must have been dusty when the car passed you or were you a safe telephoto distance away?

I agree with Wulf about the foreground blur & this is certainly one of those times when you should use a UV filter to protect your lens from the dust.

I actually looked at the pics before reading your post. I immediately noticed how funny the second picture looked with only a background blur like so. Love the car though.
