Skate into spring

Reminds me of an old Polaroid from the 70's. I'd love some feedback, comments, rude hand gestures...

The colors in the photo do remind me of the 70's. Lol. I like that you can see the shadow of the skateboarder. I like the composition of the photo the skateboarder on the left and then the group of people on the right. Nice job. I would do something to brighten up the colors though.

I love the colours! these r the types of shots i get from the polaroid cam that i take out some time! How did u post process it?

Processing was done in Aperture2. I got this look by shifting the tint of the shadows toward the orange/red and midtones to yellow/green. Lastly I decreased the orange luminance.

I may would play with the shadow/highlight feature in photoshop a little and fix the bright spot on the skateboarder's shoulders, and lighten up the shadows just a touch because you can't see any detail in them. This is my opinion and may not be what you were going for, but I think it would look better

nice pic you got there... woul've been better if more greens and trees were shown... and the lonely effect where in there's no one in the background asside from the subject would be good...

Lifted the adjustments from the other one for the 'Lonely road to spring...' Removed some yellow tint, added some green, darkened some highlights, and dec. the contrast a smidg. Which one do you like better? Other Ideas?
