1:00 am.
This are the two shots (Out of 4) that I liked the most.

After a lot of unsuccesful tries... one that made it all worthy.

Another Gama settings

One too many!

Here (http://picasaweb.google.es/rebeldiando/Balcon) youīll find all the 9 images I used.

And HERE (http://picasaweb.google.es/rebeldiando/HDR) are the 4 images I saved after diferent gama and exposure settings.

I'd have to say that this was a good attempt, but i think there is a reason that you had to try so many times. HDR needs multiple exposures just as much as it needs good subject matter. The darker or less elaborate the color scheme in your scene, the less attractive or harder it will be to really have an HDR that will make you proud. I think this is evidenced in your night shot. I have seen good night HDR, but what has worked for those photographers is location. Your scene looks like it's histogram would appear a bit flat (intuitively speaking). The light on the horizon doesn't do much for contrast and the light in the foreground is mostly white and/or non-existent. Get closer to the action, that might help a bit.

First of all thank you very much for your post. I think it is very helpful.

And thinking on what you said, about the subject..I started reviewing the images I took and I was thinking... may be it isnīt the best scene to HDR.Here are the other pics (http://picasaweb.google.es/rebeldiando/Balcon) , And I found a very good one, that it looks better... if thatīs the word.... than the one I posted originally.
