This is one of my favorite photos (and photographers)

I was interested in emulating the lower picture, the one where, if you roll over certain parts of the image, it shows another image.

I don't have any real experience with flash, but my school has the software available on its computers.

Can anyone tell me / show me tutorials on how he acheived that effect?

Thanks

I imagine that he scripts the Flash object so that, as the mouse moves to different zones of the picture, the different images from the sequence are shown. I haven't used Flash since about version 2, so can't get more detailed than that. You could search for something like flash script mouseover which might turn up links.

However, if you're going to try using the program, the best starting point is probably to put in a few hours working through the basic tutorials that are probably installed alongside it (it certainly used to have that as part of the built-in help system). Once you have laid a foundation, you will then find it much easier to figure out what is going on; if nothing else, you will have a better idea of what words to use in digging it out.
