Welcome to the forum please take a moment to read the Critque Rules (http://digital-photography-school.com/forum/showthread.php?t=10893). Please include some information on why you took this image? What do you like about it what do you think could be improved on. Also please include EXIF data when available. What apature did you use to shoot this image?

Also the image is very small I think you need to upload a larger one to get a proper critque.

From what I can see you did a nice job. I even like the white sky. I'm unsure about the cropping the radar off the top. Was this image cropped at all once you took it?

Thanks for welcoming me to this forum. I already edited my photo and added exif data to it. Actually i started my photography as a hobby only january 2008. I liked it because that was the first time that i stood close to a military helicopter. This was taken in a very hazy afternoon when the sky is very flat. I did not do any crop in it. I purposely did not include the whole radar in the pic because if i will be reducing my focal lenght, people from the exhibition will be included in the photo as well. Do you think i need to do a lot of improvements on my setting? Thanks for your help.

You have reduced your focal length and then cropped the bottom with the people out later. That way you could have left the radar in there.
