Hello, new. Thought I would start working to improve my photography

What would you like Critiqued? EXIF information would be helpful as well.
The focus seems to be on the left side of the snout (right side in picture) and everything else has just a bit of blur to it. Would be nice to see a lot more sharpness to it.
Also having the top and bottom of the head cropped off is distracting to me.

Thanks for the suggestions. Right now I am just looking for general critique. Just what do you think of it?
Or for a more specific request what do you think of the composition. Too cropped in?

For composition, you might have been better off moving a bit to the left and focusing on the right eye, giving it a bit of space to look into on the right side of the frame.
