Computer Trance

I used a long exposure and a red background on my computer to get the soft red light. i think the picture came out really awesome. I didnt post process this at all. I am aware that my face is a little blurry because I had to stay in the same position for 15 seconds haha. Tell me what you think I should do to this picture and what I should fix. Thanks

I like it on several points. As a composition, it speaks the truth about what we all do...and sometimes too much. The contrasts are good for my eye. I don't particularly care for the clutter to the left of the screen. If you shoot this again, you could change the angle to get that out, move your monitor over a few inches or something. Oh yes, hold your breath for 15 seconds.

i might try at 5-10% crop all the way around, just to see what it would look like. but i like it. i think if the monitor gets moved over too much it will interfear with your face and i like them seperate. you would have to lean back a bit. yup, i like it. =)

what an interesting project you dreamed up for yourself.....you had this vision of red and you managed to achieve it well....it finds me thinking of late nights at my computer doing post work.....with all the lights off in the room so i can have a better feel for my image's true colors......

i don't have much to offer as far as composition goes...the only clutter i find a least bit distracting is that lamp to the left of the field.....everything else lends itself to the story......

the monitor screen leaps out at me and makes me squint.....but, shoot, that might be part of the story you had in mind as well......
