How do I get my images small enough to post.

If you are hosting from flickr Darren has already put up a good thread on this.

Otherwise, what size are they at and where are they hosted? If the host doesn't have an option for changing sizes then you will probably need to just resize them using your photo editing software, usually just under the edit menu and changing the image attributes is the easiest way. Just make sure to not resize your only copy of the image. :)
