I would like your opinions on the choice of sepia and the composition. The original shot looked B&W as a matter of fact when I tried to change it to B&W to see if it changed the shot I found it did not change at all. I then played with the sepia and kind of liked it. I zoomed in quite a bit. I hope I am not over using the critique forums but I am learning from listening to everyones opinion.

The composition is fine but on the dark side, it looks a tad soft in the focus of the bird.
There are dust marks visable in the lighter sky. maybe try a crop of a third down and cut out the left hand tree, resize the image to the original size and see how it looks, also try to lighten the bird.
Regards

I was hoping when I shot this that it would turn out like itn did I kind of like the soft focus which is caused by the fact that it is snowing, that is also what is causing the specs in the sky you see. I also like the trees, I think they frame the shot naturally. I also think that if I resize the shot will be out of focus. I am going to try your suggestions and see how I like it them. If it turns out I will repost.
