unfortunately it didnt come out as sharp as i would have hopped, didnt have a whole lot of light and im a bit of a "i hate flash" kinda guy. starting to find though going to need to use flash bounce in areas like this.

Camera: Canon EOS 40D
Exposure: 0.025 sec (1/40)
Focal Length: 70 mm
ISO Speed: 800
Exposure Bias: 0 EV
Flash: Flash did not fire

For me the biggest problem is the distraction I'm getting from the background and arm (?) in front. If the hands or fingers could be isolated a bit I think it would benefit from the simplicity.

I hope you don't mind , I think it is an easy fix ,I straightened it in picasa , until the arm was out of frame and the pattern in the background was straight up & down . hope you like it . I think you had a good idea , i liked your photo .<a href="http://picasaweb.google.com/rightleftbroken/Edit05/photo#5163208437884780226"><img src="http://lh6.google.com/rightleftbroken/R6dmt-lr_sI/AAAAAAAAGpU/C8_4gJQ7PbE/s400/2241858222_641f8d3795_o.jpg" /></a>
