Hey Guys,

Wondering your thoughts on a recent shot of what I found in my garden.

It was taken quite a while ago so I can't remember specifics, yet
I know I used a 70-300mm Kit lens with a small DOF and quick shutter.

You're EXIF data was still embedded in the photo:

Good choice on the depth of field, the background looks like it was very busy, but the DOF kept it out of the picture. It looks like you did your best to get a fast shutter speed, but I think think this would look more interesting if you had been able to get to something more like 1/1000th and really freeze the water coming out of the sprinkler.

One note about the composition, the water is leading my eye out of the picture, and leaving the question, where is it going.
